If you satisfy the essential Criteria, you have received a favourable response from us regarding your emailed inquiry and you are interested in our services, we will consider to offer you our full range of immigration services.

In your initial 5-6 hours long personal or Skype consultation, our Director and you will identify the type of immigration case you have, the key issues, and the options we may have under the Australian immigration law. Peter will answer all your questions, will discuss with you whether our immigration firm will represent you and what the representation will involve.

You need to reserve your consultation 2-3 weeks in advance. We will issue you with a pro forma invoice (to include all our bank details) enabling you to settle this invoice via bank transfer.

Consultation fee:

Skype consultation: 120 EUR (consultation can be divided into two days)
Personal consultation in Zilina: 148 EUR
Personal consultation at your place: price on application (plus travel costs)

Our professional hourly rate for a consultation in regards to any other matter (AFP, ATO, FIRB ...) is 34 EUR.

Why do we charge a consultation fee?

In life you get what you pay for. Peter is licensed Australian immigration consultant and by engaging his services you buy Peter's time and experience and he identifies those applicants that are serious about the Australian migration process and Australian visas. The fact is that immigration to Australia will cost you thousands of dollars in government and various institutions fees and it is unlikely that those people unprepared to pay a consultation fee to assess their eligibility are serious about the whole emigration process.

After the initial consultation (if both parties are interested) we enter into a retainer agreement with our clients, which both parties sign. Most assignments are undertaken on a flat-fee basis and money-back guarantee. All applicable fees are clearly specified so that our clients understand the costs associated with the work that has been requested.
We do not accept representation from clients whom we do not believe we can help in obtaining successful results.

The actual money-back guarantee and flat-fee does depend on each applicant's circumstances.

Our fees range from as little as a few hundred EUR to several thousands EUR depending on the services undertaken, the time it requires and the guarantee offered. No two cases are the same and very rarely a case is straight forward.

The flat-fee is always comparable with the fees charged by other Australian Registered Migration Agents. The current medium fees for various immigration categories you can find here.

We are happy to work out flexible payment terms with our clients. The client receives an invoice for each payment that is to be made.

Where appropriate we do charge fees on an hourly basis after discussion with the client. We still estimate the total fees to be charged within a certain price range. This process is designed to ensure that our clients are informed, to the best of our ability, of the liability that they are likely to incur.

Director of our company, Australian Registered Migration Agent then takes on the complete preparation and presentation of your application to the Australian authorities and continues to work on your case through the whole immigration process, until you receive the visa you have applied for.
